Natural justice denied to Muhammad Haneef?

No body should support any kind of terror act anywhere in the world but one should wait for the charges to be proved against any accused. The Civil liberty groups in Australia has raised its voice against AFP and asked why Dr Muhammad Haneef is still under detention without being charged in a Brisbane watch house.

Haneef is facing detention for the past ten days in connection with the failed UK bomb attacks. The Civil liberty groups have said that he is not getting natural justice in the detention. However, the Australian authorities have said that because of the complexity of the case, he is still under detention.

Now, the AFP has applied for more time to detain Haneef. This is the third occasion that the AFP has applied for more time from the court. Is this not a clear invasion of any body’s natural justice?
